Additionally, our firm provides support and advice on combination transactions, financial claims, construction defect claims, declaratory ownership claims, company dissolutions, receiverships, and more.

Attorney Adi Cohen holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from 2006 and a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from Tel Aviv University from 2008. She is also a certified notary by the Israel Bar Association.
